WHAT WE ARE

Cook Ranch Beef is a boutique, high-quality meat production business with  limited quantities each year. Quality over Quantity at every turn.

Many of my partners, associates, customers and employees shared their desire for high-quality beef and their struggles to find reliable, traceable suppliers. We reviewed our herd and identified the top 20 steers as our inaugural production from 2020. These steers have been monitored, tracked, grass fed and supplemented with salt, minerals, and cubes until they reach one-year of age. They were age-selected so that we have four process dates throughout the year beginning May 2021. The steers will be separated by age group, maintained on grass until grain finishing the final 90-days to process.

 

We believe our herd genetics will produce large carcasses, big ribeye areas and Choice + to Prime+ in every instance. Our goal is to produce the most tender, tastiest and healthiest cut of meat that you could possibly buy, with absolute traceability.

CRB MEMBERSHIP

We are offering our closest associates CRB Membership at no cost. Members will have priority selection of whole and half-carcass purchases in advance of our four (4) processing sessions each year. Additionally, Members will enjoy discounted pricing on retail cut purchases. Our website will provide our Members with access and visibility to each steer throughout the process to make their personal choice. Online sales will be open for individual

beef cut purchases at current retail prices for the remaining unpurchased full or half-carcasses.
